Here's what a typical Storm Damage Roof Repair visit after a Midway storm event includes.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
High wind can lift or tear shingles without leaving an obvious gap, weakening the seal until the next storm finishes the job.
Tree limbs and wind-blown debris can crack decking as well as shingles, so we check underneath the surface damage too.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Midway, TN carriers typically review claims.
We scope the repair to match what actually happened during the storm, not a generic estimate.
